 Role Overview & Mission

Deal Connect is transforming how real estate professionals connect with investors through a national ads marketplace that delivers targeted, high-quality leads.

As a Sales Agent – Real Estate Professional Ads, you will:

  • Recruit real estate service providers into the Deal Connect Pro Network
  • Complete full onboardings for qualified professionals
  • Manage accounts and earn recurring management fees
  • Support real estate professionals in optimizing their ads and settings
  • Meet high-volume onboarding targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in daily check-ins and continuous training

This role is critical to building a robust, national marketplace of verified service providers.

 Training Schedule & Weekly Structure

Start Date:

Immediately after offer acceptance

Daily Check-Ins (Mandatory):

Every Monday–Friday
Times provided weekly in the WhatsApp group

Weekly Submission:

Performance Log submitted every Friday by 11:59 PM

Monthly Performance Review:

End of each month via Google Meet

 First 30 Days: Activation & Performance Requirement

The first 30 days are a proving period designed to ensure consistency, discipline, and volume.

MANDATORY First 30-Day Requirements:

To remain active after the first 30 days, you must:

1. Recruit 200 Real Estate Professionals

Added to the Deal Connect system with complete basic profiles

2. Complete 50 Full Onboardings

Professionals onboarded through all required steps

3. Attend Daily Check-Ins (Every Business Day)

No exceptions unless previously approved

4. Submit All Weekly Performance Logs

By Friday at 11:59 PM each week

Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the program.

 Legal & Policy Documents

1. Acceptance of Offer Letter

You must confirm acceptance before beginning training.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By joining Deal Connect, you agree not to share:

  • Internal systems
  • Pricing structure
  • Scripts or processes
  • Data, links, or proprietary tools

3. Platform Use Agreement

Prohibited behaviors:

  • Misrepresenting Deal Connect
  • Adding fake or unauthorized accounts
  • Sharing internal communication links
  • Using Deal Connect assets for outside business

4. Code of Conduct

All agents must:

  • Maintain professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or misconduct
  • Dress business casual for video meetings
  • Protect confidentiality

Performance Log & Submission Drive

You will track all performance inside:

 Weekly Performance Log (Google Sheet)

Includes:

  • Outreach activity
  • Professionals onboarded
  • Full onboardings completed
  • Notes and objections
  • Weekly totals

 Google Drive Submission Folder

Submit weekly proof:

  • Screenshots
  • Call logs
  • Onboarding confirmations
  • Performance summaries

 Compensation Structure

Commission

Earn commission from every connection/lead a Real Estate Professional receives.

Management Fees

Earn recurring management fees from every professional whose account you manage.

Bonuses

Awarded for:

  • High-volume connections/leads
  • Quality and verification rates
  • Overall performance consistency

Earning Potential

$80,000–$200,000+ annually depending on activity and portfolio size.

Performance Expectations (Ongoing)

After your first 30 days:

  • 40–100 outreach activities per day
  • 10–20 onboarding calls per day
  • Maintain 50–100 managed accounts
  • Submit weekly performance logs
  • Attend daily check-ins
  • Keep accounts active, optimized, and well-managed

This role rewards consistency, organization, and communication.
